Service Description
Join us for this NEW & EXCITING class! Using Boxing Principles and matwork Pilates we have created a fitness class that helps to build up strength, stamina and core control. This 50 minute class is can be as high or low impact as you need it to be, you can let your Pilates teacher/instructor if you have any injuries or wrist issues so that we can adjust and accommodate your needs. For postnatal women: This class is safely designed for postnatal women 3 months+. Mums are often very keen to get back in to shape following the birth of their babies. However, rushing back or doing the wrong type of exercise risks injury to your joints, pelvic floor muscles and abdominals. Those of you who are wanting to return to more vigorous exercise need to build strength before embarking on high impact exercises such as running or circuit type training, this form of exercise if for you!!! This class is where you can escape the baby chaos in the evening.
