About us 

Hello we are Faye & Hollie, sisters who found the love of Pilates and want to share it with the world.

We found the love of Pilates through our clinical professions. We are both registered health professionals who are trained & certified APPI Instructors. Our comprehensive Pilates membership offers a full schedule of targeted Pilates, Barre, Yoga & Meditation classes. Our classes are range from online live workouts to pre-recorded classes taught by our talented instructors.
