Pumpkins & Pilates

We would like to invite you to the Body Clinic to embrace the Autumn vibes this October. Enjoy a Pilates class with Faye followed by a creative pumpkin flower centrepiece workshop led by amazing florist Mia. Savor a glass of fizz or spiced latte and refreshments throughout.

Timings: x3 sessions 1:30pm / 3:30pm / 4:00pm

Pilates class 30mins (mixed ability and beginners welcome)

1.5 hour creative workshop

All pumpkins, floral decoration and Pilates equipment will be provided.

This year, we're donating our ticket sales to Breast Cancer Now, a charity that's close to our hearts. This marks our fifth year supporting this incredible cause, and each October we strive to make our event bigger and better. Our goal is to raise awareness and funds to support lifesaving research and provide life-changing care for those affected by breast cancer.
