Everyone who has completed all steps in the program will get a badge.


Ready to make some positive changes, take action and start to feel good for you! Choose from an express workout, Live class, recorded classes. Some are fast enough to squeeze in over your lunch break or first thing in the morning before work. This challenge is simple enough to do from home, a park or almost anywhere. At the end of the challenge you will achieve a completed badge attached to your membership! You will also be in the running to be this months start of the month. We will keep tabs on how many steps you complete in this challenge.
