We are two sisters who found the love of Pilates through our clinical professions as a Physiotherapist and Podiatrist. We saw first hand how poor postures and weak core stability can cause mechanical pain and movement dysfunctions within the body. We qualified in 2019 as a Pilates Instructors with the Australian Institute of Pilates and Physiotherapy (APPI Heath group). We began our journey teaching face to face classes in our local church hall but when the unexpected corona virus hit the UK we moved our classes to online. We have continued to grow our online business, in the hope that everyone who joins us on the mat has the most enjoyable experience.
Our programme can now be accessed anytime & anywhere. We offer a range of classes from beginner to intermediate levels, you have the option to link into the live classes or choose a recorded video from the video library. We love teaching the method and hope to continue helping hundreds of people move and feel better.
Pilates is like an MOT for your body and mind. It is a low impact form of exercise that focuses on aligning, strengthening and stabilising the core muscles whilst improving flexibility and overall well-being.
